Details: We stand behind our Esembly products. If you suspect an item is defective please let us know right away. Email us at email@example.com explaining in detail the issue you’re experiencing. Please provide supporting photos when possible. Be sure to include proof of purchase.
All warranty returns are subject to inspection and approval before credits can be issued. In order for an item to qualify for a warranty return, product care instructions (as detailed on our how-to page) must be followed and items must be cared for using supporting Esembly products (proof of purchase of the supporting products may be required).
Refund Type: Replacement of defective product.
Shipping: Free return shipping on approved defective items.
Term: 6 months from date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Products Accepted: NEW products only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
Exceptions: Detergent, skincare products and Gift Certificates are non-refundable/exchangeable.
Refunds/Store Credit: To initiate a return, use the Order Lookup form below and select the products for return. You will need to choose a return type (refund or store credit). A shipping label for returning your product(s) will be emailed to you. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of the approval (or rejection) of your return.
If approved, your refund/store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. If you request store credit, you will be emailed a redemption code which can be used at esemblybaby.com to make a new purchase.
Gifts: Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order # to get started on your gift return. Once your gift return is processed and approved, you will receive an Esembly Gift Certificate via email.
