Return Policy

Term: 6 months from date of purchase. 

Products Accepted: NEW products only. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

Exceptions: Detergent, skincare products, wipes, clearance/final sale items, and Gift Certificates are non-refundable/exchangeable.

Instructions: To initiate a return, use the Order Lookup form below and select the products you wish to send back. You will need to choose a return type (refund, exchange or store credit). Return shipping is FREE for item(s) sent back for exchange or store credit. If you are returning your item(s) for refund, you will be charged the cost of the shipping label. After selecting your return type, a shipping label will be emailed to you. Shipping label must be scanned in by the carrier within 14 days or your return will be cancelled.

Exchanges and Store Credits: Once your return label and package is scanned in by USPS your new order will be automatically placed and you’ll receive an email with your order confirmation for the new item(s), or a redemption code to make your new purchase if store credit was requested. 

Refunds: Upon receipt of your returned item(s) your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. 

International APO Addresses: At this time we cannot accept returns or exchanges coming from Army Post Office Addresses that are outside of the United States.



Term: 1 year from date of purchase 

Details: Our Esembly products are thoughtfully designed and masterfully crafted. Each production run undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure that every item meets or surpasses our high standards. 

We stand behind our products. We offer a 12-month Manufacturer Warranty, valid from the Date of Purchase. Our warranty is extended to the original owner of the products with proof of purchase from or an authorized Esembly retailer.

If you have received a product that doesn’t meet your expectations, please submit a claim below so we can review and follow up with you.

Items routinely covered by warranty include

  • Snaps
  • Elastic
  • Sewn Seams
  • Surged Edges
  • Zippers

If you suspect an item is defective, please let us know right away by submitting a claim below.

In order for an item to be covered by our Warranty, Esembly’s care instructions (as detailed on our How It Works page) must have been followed.

While the Esembly Warranty does NOT cover issues such as leaking, diaper odor, staining, normal wear & tear, natural fiber wear holes, pilling, shrinkage, snags, or mold/mildew -  our Support Team is always ready to help troubleshoot and help as best we can.
