A new year calls for a new look, and we kicked off 2024 in style! ✨ We were so excited to unveil our fresh new packaging — same trusted products, just dressed up in a fabulous new outfit. But this makeover wasn’t just for show; it’s rooted in our mission of sustainability. Crafted from upcycled recycled plastic bottles, our packaging (along with our Outers and storage bags !) transforms trash into treasure. It’s one more way we’re working to reduce waste and care for our planet.

And the refresh didn’t stop there! We launched a redesigned website to make it easier than ever for families to explore our sustainable solutions. But the biggest highlight of the month? We ventured beyond the changing table and into the kitchen with the debut of our  Home Goods Collection  ! Our lineup of new eco-friendly products is all about helping families live less disposably in one of the most waste-prone areas of the home. From the nursery to the kitchen, we’re so excited to be part of your sustainable journey. 💚

In February, we had the absolute joy of collaborating with the amazing Hadiya Williams of  Black Pepper Paperie  ! Her work is nothing short of inspiring — beautifully blending heritage, storytelling, and artistry in a way that feels both powerful and personal. Partnering with Hadiya was such a special experience, and we were beyond proud to share her three stunning designs with our community. (Stellar, Theory, and Circuit!) It’s collaborations like this that remind us how art and purpose can come together to create something truly meaningful.

This year wasn’t just about exciting launches and collaborations — it was also a year of growth behind the scenes! In March, we were thrilled to welcome our 8th full-time employee to the Esembly family. 🎉 This milestone felt like such an exciting step forward, reminding us that as we grow, we’re able to do even more to support families and make a positive impact on the planet.

In April, we had the pleasure of teaming up with the incredibly talented  Sara Boccaccini Meadows  , whose whimsical, nature-inspired designs brought so much beauty and charm to both our Outers and our Home Goods collection! (Check out prints “Our Earth”, “Botanic Garden”, and “Eco Hills”) Sara’s work is nothing short of magical, with an incredible ability to capture the beauty and essence of the natural world in every brush stroke. Beyond our collaboration, she also lent her artistic touch to Eduardo Garcia’s inspiring book, Things You Can Do, which offers practical ways to fight climate change and reduce waste — perfectly aligning with our mission of sustainability. Both her illustrations and our partnership are beautiful reminders of why protecting our planet is so important.

Midway through the year, we proudly launched our National Parks collection , a celebration of the awe-inspiring beauty of the great outdoors. This collection was our love letter to the national parks we cherish — those awe-inspiring places that remind us why protecting our planet is so important. With four new prints (“Adventure Badges”, “Fantastic Fungi”, “Vintage Campers”, and “Peek-a-Bear”), we hoped to capture the spirit of adventure and connection to nature, inspiring families to explore and care for these incredible spaces.

We wrapped up the year in November with a flurry of excitement and a sprinkle of holiday magic! ✨ Our first ever  Holiday Collection  made its debut, bringing sustainable cheer to your celebrations and helping families embrace the season with a little extra eco-friendly magic. But that wasn’t all — we also launched our Sourdough Set, a thoughtful and practical gift for bread bakers of all levels, with some genius engineering to make for the tastiest loaves! Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting out, this set was designed to make every loaf a little more special (and sustainable)! 🥖💚
