Return Policy
Term: 6 months from date of purchase.
Products Accepted: Products must be in NEW* condition. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in original packaging.
*60 Day Try-It Kits may be used upon return as per the terms outlined HERE.
Products NOT Accepted: Detergent, Skincare, Clearance, Final Sale, Warehouse Sale and Gift Certificates are non-refundable/exchangeable.
Alternative Options: If the item you wish to return does not meet the criteria above, You are welcome to list it for sale on the Esembly Pre-Loved website powered by Treet.

Instructions: To initiate a return, use the Order Lookup form below and select the products you wish to send back. You will need to choose a return type (refund, exchange or store credit). Return shipping is FREE for item(s) sent back for exchange or store credit. If you are returning your item(s) for refund, you will be charged the cost of the shipping label. After selecting your return type, a shipping label will be emailed to you. Shipping label must be scanned in by the carrier within 14 days or your return will be cancelled.
Exchanges and Store Credits: Once your return label and package is scanned in by USPS your new order will be automatically placed and you’ll receive an email with your order confirmation for the new item(s), or a redemption code to make your new purchase if store credit was requested.
Refunds: Upon receipt of your returned item(s) your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
International APO Addresses: At this time we cannot accept returns or exchanges coming from Army Post Office Addresses that are outside of the United States.
